they refuse to except a claim on a package delivered to the wrong house ! to make things worse after a $550.00 loss, they refuse to help with the mess they made .
They admitted the mistake and said we need to call the police!! on Who ? what the heck Im never going to use Fed ex again they were rude didn't know what to do totally Not professional . It was their mistake , they know that and still refuse to help solve the mess they created !
I will do my best to make the everyone I know to be ware of Fed Ex . we have all the Tracking numbers and delivery dates. it was never delivered I suspect theft within that company.
