I ordered a part for my car on Aug 15th and was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 days.Today is Friday the 22nd so I called fed ex only to be told they will check into it.3 hours later I called back and was told the package was delivered to the wrong address. I have called a total of 4 times today and talked to some one.

Still did not get my part so now another day i do not have a car .Finally I was told the driver went home and that he would be back on the route tomorrow.How does him being on route again help me? If the driver did not know where to go he should have called me for directions.I also had 2 different packages delivered on Thurs the 21st in 2 different deliveries,both from Fed-ex.they had no trouble finding my address so I would like to know what happened.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
