I dropped a package on 10/20 for saturday arrival 10/21. I paid $161.07 to get it there by Saturday at Noon.
When I tracked it...never left the location I shipped it from and then no one had answers for me and in fact lied to me about some things. I run a large company and will not use Federal Express for my shipping needs in the future. Now I can't even get my box back and Fed Exp is saying I have to pay for it to ship back to me when I asked them to ship it back when it was still sitting in Colorado vs.
Newport Beach on Saturday. I run a company and we will not be using Fed Exp...ever again

Preferred solution: Refund my money paid $161.07 and Return my Box shipped at no charge.
I didn't like: Lying about attempting to deliver package when they never did, Stalling tactics, Antiquated tracking-delivery system.
