FedEx says it left a package at my door on Tuesday. After receiving the email alert, I checked and there wasn't a package.
I called FedEx and got a call back from someone saying she was local and that she would check with the driver and call me back. On Friday, I called FedEx again because I had not received a call. I was told again that I would get a return call. So the following Tuesday, I called again and finally FedEx tells me the driver says he left the package and that's it.
They will only talk to the shipper now.
It's odd because so far FedEx has left one package in the breezeway near the mailboxes for me to go find and one at the leasing office. UPS and USPS have left numerous packages at my door without issue.
