Tracking information stated delivered at the front door at 1:57. We reviewed the cameras, there has NOT been anyone at our front door today.
I am not sure what house they delivered it to. We contacted Fed Ex to find out. They stated that since our Package was a smart post, we had to call the shipper. It was delivered by Fed EX not the USPS, they said it did not matter, they could not help us.
The person did not speak English very well and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. She kept telling me the call was recorded. GOOD, I want it recorded so they can hear what horrible customer service they have. Her supposed employee number was MHCRMC1.
I would really like to know who's door my package was delivered to!!!!!!!! I never thought I would say this, but FED EX is almost as bad as the USPS, and that is saying a lot!
