I received a missed customer slip on a Thursday saying FedEx missed me on the outside of the apartment. I called that night to tell them the door code to the apartment and gave them my number to call if they couldn't get in.

It's now Wednesday of the next week and I have now called six times with the same information and have yet to receive one phone call or knock on the door from the driver.

Just 4 missed customer slips on the outside of the apartment like I'm supposed to watch out of the window all day waiting on them. Absolutely pathetic.

Monetary Loss: $15.
