I have ordered pre-shampoo and mask for hair. It is supposed to be delivered today.

Just went to the FedEx site to track it and noticed that the package has been delivered. I do not have a package and it's not at the door where they supposedly left it. I have called FedEx to find out what is going on. I was told that I will get a call back in an hour.

That is how long it will take them to figure out were the package is.

I just got call back from FedEx. All I found out is that package was left at the door.

They will keep investigating. Now I have to wait till Monday.

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery of fedex shipping from FedEx. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $26 and wants FedEx to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was lost packages. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
