FedEx has delivered to my home for years, even when I didn't have a physical address, so I paid for expedited service only to see a note on the tracking site saying unable to find address. The idea of this is inconceivable especially when I just had a delivery from FedEx on April 4, March 2, February 28 etc and my house hasn't moved at all.

I am going out of town which prompted me paying for expedited service, so now I will be phoneless on my journey unless I go spend the additional money to purchase a phone. When calling the customer service number I should just ran my head into a wall because the agent didn't care anything about. I even had an account with FedEx, but you see how that went. If FedEx can't deliver when they say then they shouldn't charge a fee.

The worst service ever from the lying delivery person to the snide phone agent. Never again will I do business with FedEx they are wrthless
