Shipper screwed up my zip code. I wanted it delivered to my work address, they sent to my work address but with my home zip which is different.

This was last Friday 8-15-14. FedEx tells me to call them to make a change and that it will be delivered next business day and told me Monday, today. Doesn't arrive, normal notifications even though I kept asking for them and filling out the info. I see the package hasn't moved from the Brockton Ma location all day.

Says it's in transit to Quincy Ma. I call them and WTF is my package?! She tells me it's still in Brockton and won't be delivered to the next day. Now it's 7:30 PM and I am in Boston.

I ask her if I can pick it up in Brockton, she says I can.

I fly down there (not really fly) and get there 45 min later and wait another 20 for him to look for my package and ten tells me it's on it's way back to Connecticut and back to Boston in the morning. I may be adding more to this tomorrow.
