A package was to be delivered to us reached Hyderabad, India on Oct. 16 2014.
I am writing this on Oct. 24, 2014. And, we still have not received the package. We have been calling the FedEx customer service number daily for the last 7 days.
We even filed an official complaint (#1018803259 on Oct. 18, 2014). The amazing reply we get is that they have not heard back from the Operations Manager in Hyderabad and cannot tell us what the status of the package is. What is even more appalling is that there has been absolutely no phone call, email, or any other kind of follow up from anyone in FedEx despite the glaring delay in delivery.
It looks like the logo of FedEx India is "Anything but the world on time! Customer be damned."
