I've been waiting a week for a package that was scheduled for delivery on 12/09. I've checked the FedEx tracking tool numerous times which indicated TBD 12/09, then later in the day read delivery N/A.

Then read TBD 12/10, then later in the day read N/A. On and on, day after day. I called FedEx several times and all they could tell me was the same thing the tracking system told me....absolutely nothing. What are they good for?

In my frustration today, I told a rep that enough was enough. And what did I get in return? A smart *** response.

I'm done with FedEx.

Monetary Loss: $1250.
