Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I shipped a 21 pound package to my daughter in El Paso, Texas, from Cedar Hill, TX. This was a large box with Christmas gifts for grandchildren, daughter, son-in-law and baby expected in January 2021.

Package was due to deliver December 5th. I insured the package for $200. On December 5th I tracked the package and tracking system stated it had been delivered at 1:02pm. I called my daughter who was also tracking package.

She was home all day and package was NOT delivered. I immediately go online to file a claim hoping maybe the delivery driver had made a mistake.

The only thing you can do is file a claim. On December 8th I follow instructions on claim form and fax all information (17 pages) to Fedex and receive a return fax stating it will take 5-7 business days to resolve. I check back 1 week later and nothing shows up on the "claim status" online.

I call the 800 number and wait over 50 minutes before a person answers. She looked up the information and states it was denied because I did not request a signature. I replied I did not know it was a requirement. She put me through claims representative handling my case.

Her name is DANI. Remember that name as this is the next "KAREN". DANI, DANI, DANI. DANI is following instructions to deny all claims without a signature request.

I explain that this was Christmas gifts that will not be received until after Christmas as now I will have to repurchase some of the gifts and take with me on the plane in January. My daughter who 8 1/2 months pregnant is heart broken. The baby quilt was handmade using vintage Strawberry Shortcake panel and not readily available to seamstresses as myself. I also made the crib sheet, Strawberry Shortcake doll, taggie security blanket also from vintage fabric I purchased on Etsy and Ebay.

Unfortunately, I did not find this review website until after the fiasco. I wish I had checked on reviews prior to using Fedex. I trusted Fedex and am very disappointed. How do these people sleep at night.

My recommendation is to STOP USING FEDEX!!! I had shipped a larger box one month prior with no problems. I suspect delivery driver is stealing packages. I called Fedex again today and waited another 52 minutes.

First person checked online and said DANI is not handling this case and put me on hold. Five minutes later I was hung up. Please contact me when a class action suit is in place.

God bless DANI. DANI should find another job.
