Was expecting a package on 7/7/2017 and it was on time as scheduled until they changed the delivery date to 7/10/2017 just because. No ownership of the problem by FEDEX.
ZERO effort to resolve the problem. All I got was excuses and zero action to resolve the issue. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen, no attempt whatsoever to even try and resolve the issue. So my package is sitting for another 4 days for no reason.
Pathetic and totally the worst business practice that I have ever experienced. Doing NOTHING at all to even try and fix the problem, never was even a thought obviously.
