Placed an order Dec 19 using 2 day fed ex delivery so the package would be here by xmas. The tracking said it was scheduled for delivery at 8 pm .

Status was in transit. 8 pm no package I ckd the site and it changed to N/A. I call customer service to be told basically your SOL we are behind 3k packages so deal with it like the rest of the angry people. Poor customer service no sympathy at all when I said it was s Christmas gift for my kid.

I asked who to file complaint with..was told call back Thursday.

I do understand its holiday time but if they are behind they need to let people know. The pkg was at the facilty we could have picked it up
