Should be zero stars but that option isn't available. I was supposed to receive 2 Overnight Service deliveries on January 4th.

Due to snow on the East coast, they were delayed. Anyone in their right mind would expect FedEx to deliver Overnight Service packages the next day when everything had cleared in the southern US where I am, at the latest. But of course they didn't. After talking to several service representatives all the way up to FedEx's executive office in Memphis, the executive office told me that when FedEx misses a delivery date on Overnight Service, the package is downgraded to Freight Service.

The latest delivery estimate the executive office gave me is January 9th.

Unacceptable. Period.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Downgrade of the high fee overnight service for which i paid.
