Called to make complaint on phone Paplo id#8977098 said he could handle it. When I told my problem all he keep repeating was did I want to make a payment at this time.

He finally told me claims department sent check out on 4/10/09 through FedEx with tracking #7965090402390. FedEx says this is not a good #. The claims department is holding an insurance check and refuses to release it to me.

I have filed a complaint with federal Baning Commission because North Carolina unable to help out. This is hardest company to talk to I ever seen.
