I am pissed on with one of the customer care agent in India named - Fransis Silvera. He was very rude and very much confident to provide me the incorrect information of my parcel.
he didn't help me at all but arguing. No one from customer care is able to provide me correct information. I need proper info on this. The parcel was supposed to deliver on monday(2-6-20014) now they are saying it will be delivered on 6th june) Which is not at all acceptable.
my tracking number is 599369462411 and 599369462400. I want compensation from FEXED for their mistake/delay in this.
