We had our son mail us a perishable package from Seattle, WA to Englewood, CO. Our son was told the package would be delivered by Monday at the latest.
He told them that the package was packed in dry ice and needed a guaranteed delivery in 3 days. They told him no problem. The package arrived in Colorado at 5:30 a.m. On Saturday.
Could have, should have been delivered that day but it wasn't. We called to inquire. Found out that they made completely false statements. That their idea of three days is three business days which they deliberately lied about to get our business.
To make matters worse they openly admit they have the package but because they don't have to legally deliver it until 5 p.m. Tuesday, they refuse to do anything but let it sit in the hot summer sun and rot. They will accept your perishable item packed in dry ice but neglect to tell you it will not be keep in a cool place, will not make any effort to get it there faster and will actually delay the delivery if they can. They offer no apologies, no remedies, pretty could care less.
You think FedEx implies Express mail service, what it really implies come give us your money so we can screw over any way we possibly can. What a bunch of jerks!
