I sent a new cell phone via FedEx to Motorola. I used a print label supplied by Motorola.
My wife dropped this into the night bin at the Fed Ex in Roseville, Mn. It then disapeared. I have complained to Fedex a dozen times, spent hours on the phone. They claim to have no record.
They claim the phone is not in their lost and found. They are no help.
They are passive aggressive. I am now filing a small claims against them, and reporting this loss to the police as a theft.
Either someone is mining their bin for phones and stealing, or a staff member is doing so.
