FEDEX IS A JOKE!I AM HIGHLY, HIGHLY PISSED RIGHT NOW.
TOTALLY MISSED TWO DEADLINES USING COURIER SERVICE, THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. GUY CAME, PICKED UP WRONG PACKAGE. ALL THEY COULD TELL ME WAS THAT THERE WAS NO WAY TO CONFIRM DRIVER IS EVER PICKING UP THE CORRECT PACKAGE. HATE I HAVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER SYSTEM IN PLACE REGARDING CONFIRMATION OF PACKAGES PICKED UP TO PREVENT SCREW UPS LIKE THIS. NOW I AM UNABLE TO MEET DEADLINE WITH BOSS, AS WELL AS LOCAL OFFICE HERE.
