I sent a package next day saturday delivery, cost me $89 for a relatively small package, 2 pairs of sunglasses. I told the attendant that it was going to an apartment building.

No signature required!. It wasn't delivered, instead the recipitient must not drive 20 minutes each way to pick up the package on monday! I called the customer service department who was of no help at all. I need to call back 5-6 days after the package is delivered to speak to someone about getting help!!

FedEx is not customer service friendly in this situation. I will be using USPS more often.
