I received a delivery of food on a wooden pallet 2 weeks ago. I asked the driver, what do I do with the pallet after I unload my property.
He advised to contact the office, and someone will pick it up when they're in the neighborhood. I did so this morning (2-1-18), and an unprofessional female mid to late 20's got on the telephone and told me to quit harassing her, and to either burn the pallet or throw it in the neighbors yard. That's the behavior of our great FedEx Company. Then I contacted several other complaint departments through phone numbers found online, and very closely received the same treatment.
I'm not a complainer, but this was over the top.
So at 64 years of age, I have a very heavy wooden pallet sitting in my yard, and it won't fit in my car to transport somewhere like a dump, and I can't disassemble it. Their complaint is extremely unprofessional, and they're over payed for what they do...
