I had a fedex driver almost kill my wife and I with his poor driving, I called and filed a complaint 3 weeks ago and still haven't had anyone contact me, the next time this happens, I will take matters in too my own hands. What does someone have to do for fedex to respond about a poor driver and even worse customer service. I am extremely upset that fedex doesn't care enough to respond about a incident that may have caused serious consequences, but what else is new, all the large companies take consumers for granted and don't care if you do business with them or not.

well you not the only one problem with fedex the idoits does not know how to take care of a package saying "Fragile take care"

am a MCSE and i order a lot of monitor parts and fragile eletronic gear and *** they comes damage or non existing
