I've sent the same package to Hong Kong dozens of times. For some reason they want to block the same shipment one time.

They say the label was not right but when I talk to their customer service they can't tell me what is actually wrong. Since they don't know what is wrong, how can I fix it? They are happy though since they still charge me the money. When I phoned their service they could not even get confirmation what was the reason they rejected the package, nor were they able to contact someone who actually had anything to do with the package rejection.

On top of it they ruined the labeling on the package so I have to repackage it and start from scratch. Again not knowing what was wrong.
