Federal Express regularly ignores our requests for the place around our home where deliveries should be left. Federal Express delivery window for items that require a signature is impossibly long for working customers (can’t be home all day).
Federal Express’s options for contacting customer service is unwieldy and not helpful. Can’t find a way to speak to a person. Federal Express’s solution for missed delivery is to try again next day. Why only once a day.
With all these problems I will no long make purchases from any place that uses Federal Express. United Parcel Service has served us better but there are other alternatives.
