this is currently on going, according to the Fed Ex tracker my package arrived in my town on 5-25, here it is 5-31 and it still isn't delivered. their tracker says it has been on the truck since the 25 and still not here.

I run a business and have a customer waiting on this package, right now their confidence on my company is not good since I keep telling them their package will be here today for 5 days now. I have contacted Fed Ex twice and all I get is lip service from someone who almost speaks English.

They also tell me my package will be delivered today, other than that that's all they can do also. I found a note on my front door today that they tried to deliver me package last night at 6:30pm, not very convenient for most businesses and they will try again today.

my confidence is not high that it will be here in a timely manner.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
