FedEx - Poor service practice
it seems every time i take a load of packages to be sent the always question the box and say they should send them if the haa dent or are bulging from cushioning i ship approximately $1000 worth of shipping a week and i am tired of management questioning a package it seems ups wants the bussiness more. there more than happy to ship without any coments they are about .30 more money but do not hasle you about the practice of having comment about package i have never hade a package come apart or had a claim so i wonder why this practic continues some of my colages have had the same problem with you they have stoped using you completly that seems to be my next step .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
FedEx Cons: Arbitrary rejection of packages.

You ship $1000 a week with FedEx and you can't even write properly? What's the name of your business?
I'll be sure to stay clear of whatever it is you sell. If the quality of your product is reflected in your lack of education, I can do without it.
If you're shipping international, FedEx has EVERY right to question your shipment. Ask the FAA and TSA.
