Prepaid Fedex from RockAuto. Auto part came to me without box direct from RockAuto with only a label adhered to the part without any packaging (photo availabe). Upon presentation to Fedex, package was refused because there was no packaging Told to enclose in cardboard to be accepted to ship.

Returned home to package in a cardboard enclosure as was told that 'raw' part could damage other packages. So heavy cardboard enclosure was applied to the part in question to protect the part.

Upon enclosing in heavy cardboard and presenting to Fedex to ship, was told by fat woman clerk that packaging was unacceptable (photo available). Apparently, not enough "large' packaging for her perspective. (nobody knows 'large' like "large' women).

This now two (2) trips to Fedex for a 'preauthorized' 'prepaid' shipment. Fedex sucks

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $19.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

What did being assisted by a larger woman offend you so much? You are a *** how do you expect to ship something out without a box and without proper packaging.

If the part had been shipped out how you packed and it arrived damaged then it is Fed Ex's fault right? Then you'd be calling for a claim.


Who would bring a part to a location and assume it could be shipped without packaging it!? Then, you make rude comments about the woman helping you! Ridiculous!
