Your new process for handling packages when there is no one available to sign for it leaves a lot to be desired. A package delivery was attempted but I wasn't available to accept it.

After just ONE attempt is redirected to a Walgreens. Walgreens only holds it for 48 hours and then it's sent back to the shipper.

I spent the better part of 30 minutes dealing with your online system which ultimately directed me to contact you directly. I then dealt one again with your automated system before I was able to speak with a live individual. The only information that she had was the city that it was shipped from.

Nowhere on the door tag did it shoe who the shipper was.

How is one supposed to find this package when you, Federal Express, doesn't have a clue on how to do it.

It's no wonder that people are choosing other means of overnight shipping. You count my company to do the same.
