675 Clark Dr. Budd Lake NJ Rep.

Aura... would not show ID or provide Last name when requested. FedEx said to provide double proof that i live in my address. as if, my NJ drivers license is not enough for this.

last time i checked, NJ drivers license is a federally accepted ID. i guess you dont know where you do business? why even bother having IDs then? is this how you do business FedEx?

i had my door tag for my shipment, but you would not provide the package. very bad business practices. this is how FedEx treats their customer. did you also want my Social security number to prove identity?

how about blood work?

or fingerprints? what a joke this company is.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

FedEx Cons: Rep aura.

Location: 675 Clark Dr, Budd Lake, NJ 07828, USA

I am assuming you had a package held at a location for pickup which was redirected from your original address to a FedEx facility. By FedEx policy, when a package is redirected from the original address to a FedEx facility for pickup, the name and address must match on the identification shown to the original address on the package.

So, for example, if the original shipping address was 1234 Main Street, and your identification showed your address as 2345 Main Street, it cannot be released to you unless there is another form of identification with 1234 Main Street, such as a tax bill, lease, utility bill.

The reason behind this is there are numerous scams where people will call FedEx customer service and have packages rerouted to locations in order to steal them. Therefore, for your protection, if the addresses don't match, we need a secondary form of ID to verify the address.
