He was very rude on the phone. He is a dispatcher in Denver. I have called him several times about my package. He cussed me out several times. Hung up on me. He should be fired.

How can they let someone like that work there. I asked for his employee number. He just Hung up on me again. He should be fired. Please help me get his employee number so I can speak with his supervisor. I still have not received my package. It has been 2 weeks now. So what else can I do?
