Normally my shipments come from Houston, Texas, to me which is about 7 hours away. I work from home so the delivery has been FedEx Ground Home and most of the time it comes next day.
But, in their infinite shipping wisdom, FedEx randomly ships my packages to Hutchins, Texas which adds a day to the delivery. Have complained and complained and complained and nothing gets done. Here, yet again this week alone, they have re-routed my package twice through Hutchins, Texas and causing yet another delay.
I'm paying for next day service and they are not consistently providing that. And they keep apologizing but like I told the guy tonight at customer service - "Your apologies are worthless." And that seems to apply to their service as well.....
