Small but very irritating. I ordered some items, fedex was the courier.
They were scanned into the Hutchins facility at 6am last saturday. Called them yesterday, talked to someone in maylasia, they have no clue where my stuff is, but it was scanned into hutchins. Well give you a call this afternoon. No call, called this morning, it's here somewhere, we're looking for it.
Well call you by 11:30. No call. Went to hutchins, talked to one person, can't find them. Transferred 5 more times, and suprise, they don't know where they are.
I ssid, so they're lost or someone stole them from here. Reply, we'll yes, let me get a manager to talk to you. Mind you, I'm in the lobby talking on an interoffice phone. 57 rings later, no answer.
Picked up again, 25 rungs later, a new girl answers, wanted me to start all over. Told them one more time the story. Reply, well we'll call you if we find them. I asked if I needed to file a theft report with the police.
She hung up. So frustrating , just almost, kind of *** me off .
