Fedex shipped over 50 boxes for me, broke 3 and refused to pay.Boxes were completely broken as were contents.

After attempting to speak to someone 6 times, still no reply. I filed the paperwork and they sent a letter saying "your claim was denied, items were not packed properly". How absurd, my plastic tote was broken on one of the tracking numbers! Another box was crushed!

Of course the items inside will be broken, and they were bubble wrapped inside the box! What a scam. I even wasted extra on the insurance! I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will consider my options moving forward.

Do not deal with this company, and if you have no choice, DEFINITELY DO NOT BUT THEIR INSURANCE.These were totes rated to 400lbs, I filled the to
