This was their tag line for a few years, I believe it was shortened from "You have to relax, it's typical Fedex".These clowns are nothing if not consistent, they bring nothing but 100% misery every time I come in contact with them.
If companies are going to ship, they should give the consumer a tick box, that allows them to chose what courier service to use. I guarantee FedEx will fall very far off the radar.
Their new tag line is "The World on Time" which is going off the maxim that even a f^#ked clock is right twice.FedEx - Great logo, that's about it.
