Recently I have sevral claims with Fedex. The claim has been paid.
The agents said the payment check has been sent out. It was perfect however, after 15 days, I have not received the payment check. I called them and was being hold on phone for at least 30 minutes each time. Finally got their confirmation for the second attempt delivery for the payment check.
Um, 20 days later, still have not received the payment check. Called second time, being hold for a long time, failed to be transferred. Then third time, fourth time, no less than 12 times, until now, still no any result for this issue. Just being drived mad about it.
It sounds ridiculous how their different dept. work with each other, and the claim just takes ages to finish.
The claim start around July, summer passed, winter comes now, still no any result for the issue. You just cannot imagine how worse their efficieny it is, it's just beyond imagination.!!!!!!!!!!
