I tried to reroute a package and they said they said ok but it will take 24 hours. I said fine and asked them for a confirmation number.
24 hours later. I called them since they had made an attempt to deliver to the previous address and the representative said oh wait the address has not been changed. This time they said, oh wait the UK office wasn't open at the time you called so we don't have it in our record. It will take 48 hours for us to rerout the package even though it is just across the street from the previous address.
The customer representative was rude with a thick accent and comppletely unhelpful. Think her goal is to be as abrupt as possible so customers can't ask her for anything.
