I am now dealing with my second package lost by FedEx within a month. Getting a representative is hard to do.

Both times they say it is a new driver. Do they not have GPS? The first time they said he couldn't find my house. This time since he couldn't find it he just delivered it somewhere else but doesn't know where.

Think it's about time for this cat to find a new job. The only solution I know is to not buy from companies who ship with FedEx.

Go UPS or USPS. They can read and use GPS.

Were you able to get your package?.. Experiencing the same thing at the moment, The driver delivered my package to a wrong address and doesn't know where.. Been calling them for weeks now no response
