Fed Ex failed to deliver my package, left one notice after supposed last attempt and then told me they sent my package to another location too far from my home to be picked up. I suspected this I do was also incorrect and asked to speak to a supervisor.

I then found out the package was sent back to sender. Will do my best to NOT deal with FedEx on a business or personal level again

FedEx delivers damaged goods . Contacted Customer service.

1st El Salvador Asked for U.S. CS. called failed called again. 2nd time...

Mexico answers...Ask for U.S. Customer service.... I get 3rd person says supervisor in America...I ask... What State he says cant tell me...

I argue it...He finally says Texas.... I ask what is State Capital?... He says I don't know. I say...

You live in Tx and don't know the Capital. He says... its not relevant.. Once again I ask does he know or not he says no he does not.

I say well I need to talk to an American in America..not a foreigner is another country...

he says....

He would appreciate me not being racist.
