Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

Recently, ordered a tankless water heater. Well, Fedex claims my address in Gaffney, SC doesn't exist ... I guess our farm disappeared in the two weeks since the previous delivery ... Some genius at Spartanburg Fedex Terminal decides that no, I live in another city and redirects the water heater to an address in Charlotte, NC. No one bothered to pick up the phone and simply call little ole, me. When I looked on the mobile tracking app, I find it says the package was delivered to here in Gaffney. Immediately call Fedex. They insist, I really mean insist, they delivered it to the Farm in Gaffney. They try to claim the package is/must be incorrectly addressed ... I repeatedly tell them, no, this IS the correct address. You can guess it goes downhill from here ... They asked 24 hours to look into the matter. I gave them 24 hrs and called back. At first, I am told that the unit is being held in Charlotte Terminal. In process of waiting for the 'assigned customer service manager', I find out the truth of what happened with the misdirection of the water heater ... The 'assigned customer service manager' finally gets on the line, not knowing what I had just found out ... He makes a fatal mistake in my mind. He outright lies to me about the status. That Fedex found out nothing about the package and is insisting their records show proper delivery ... Yep, I nailed him on it. Matter is far from resolved. I have opened a Fedex claim. Not expecting quick resolution and will continue to roil on them in whatever form I can.

Fedex - Delivery exception

Twice in last 4 days, I have had delayed Fed Ex deliveries. Today the shipment was "on Fed Ex vehicle for delivery" at 6:33 am and by 8:54 there was a delivery exception--"customer not available". It's DEODORANT from Walgreens. I don't need to be available. My dog food from Chewy was "on Fed Ex vehicle for delivery" on January 19 at 1:31 am but was not delivered until January 21. Weather is not the greatest, but disappointed with Fed Ex.

Fedex - Poor delivery service

I should got my package by Saturday then it was postponed until Monday, now they said it would not be here until Tuesday. The post office has better service than this.

I ordered an item from Amazon that was sent via FedEx's Smartpost program. Apparently this means that Fedex passed off my package to USPS, who in their infinite wisdom tried to deliver it to my apartment complex's office at 5:36 pm on a Saturday. Shockingly no one was...

Fedex - HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! I have gotten 5 packages from FedEx recently (not my choice to ship with them). Three of them got lost and it ended taking a few more weeks to get here. One of those packages was actually lost for good and I had to get a refund from the seller. This last time I needed a signature for my package and the guy didn't even come to my door, or let me know that he was there in any way. He just put the package slip on my door that said they will return in 3 days. Absolutely awful, I have never had so many problems with any other delivery company! I will NEVER choose Fedex for my shipping needs!

I don't know how it is everywhere else, but out here in northwest OKLAHOMA, FEDEX sucks. The delivery driver just drops off packages wherever the heck he wants to. It's like he doesn't even read the addresses. I mean -- wrong street, wrong name, wrong house/address...

Fedex - Awful. Left my package in mailbox.

The fedex update said they left my package on the front porch, at the front door. Three phone calls and 2 hours later I found it in my mailbox. Illegal and irresponsible.

Fedex - Dumb driver

You should not be able to back a commercial vechial up into someones driveway they are too heavy 0 i guess its really hard to find good help now days

Fedex - Waiting on package that didnt show up.

Took off work today to make sure my package wasnt stolen off my porch and at about 6 p.m tracking changed to no delivery date availible at this time. What kind of *** is this? I will never use fedex for anything ever again! You cost me a days wages for nothing!! Why dont you geg your *** together and stick to your tracking schedule!!!!!
