Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

Recently, ordered a tankless water heater. Well, Fedex claims my address in Gaffney, SC doesn't exist ... I guess our farm disappeared in the two weeks since the previous delivery ... Some genius at Spartanburg Fedex Terminal decides that no, I live in another city and redirects the water heater to an address in Charlotte, NC. No one bothered to pick up the phone and simply call little ole, me. When I looked on the mobile tracking app, I find it says the package was delivered to here in Gaffney. Immediately call Fedex. They insist, I really mean insist, they delivered it to the Farm in Gaffney. They try to claim the package is/must be incorrectly addressed ... I repeatedly tell them, no, this IS the correct address. You can guess it goes downhill from here ... They asked 24 hours to look into the matter. I gave them 24 hrs and called back. At first, I am told that the unit is being held in Charlotte Terminal. In process of waiting for the 'assigned customer service manager', I find out the truth of what happened with the misdirection of the water heater ... The 'assigned customer service manager' finally gets on the line, not knowing what I had just found out ... He makes a fatal mistake in my mind. He outright lies to me about the status. That Fedex found out nothing about the package and is insisting their records show proper delivery ... Yep, I nailed him on it. Matter is far from resolved. I have opened a Fedex claim. Not expecting quick resolution and will continue to roil on them in whatever form I can.

Fedex - Same old song and dance

Out for delivery for two days going on three. Zero help from customer service. They can only tell me what my emails read. Pathetic.

Fedex - Today 12/11/18 my package come today

i went downstair waiting for it at 9am to 1pm arounde 12pm i open the door seen fedex door tage at 10:43am the probelm i was having is fedex guy didnt even bother to knock on the door which i was downstair wating for it. FedEx driver are too lazy.....I call the saler never FedEx agian..

I ordered a gift online for the holidays. The scheduled Fedex date for delivery was 5 to 8 days. Since a signature was required, and I wasn't certain I would be home, I left a Fedex printed form taped to my front door with my signature, date and delivery instructions....

Everyday I have packages waiting on my porch for USPS mail carrier and have done this for years. Substitute FedEx driver in a U-Haul rental truck didn't bother to read the labels or show concern when my USPS packages wouldn't scan in her machine and she just took them....

Fedex - *** POOR SERVICE

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO *** STARS I WOULD!!! Delivered my kids CHRISTMAS gift which was a basket ball rim left it on the porch but NEVER rung the doorbell which led to my children seeing it!!! DISGUSTING!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!! ITS 2018 WE DONT KNOW WHAT A DOORBELL IS!!

Are you sure it was FedEx and not the post office who delivered the package? FedEx is now using something they call SmartPost where they deliver packages to the local post off...
