Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Instead of doing things the way I normally would and getting outrageous, I plead my case as calmly as possible and submitted the proof that I had to go along with it and I was just informed today that I will be receiving a full refund in the form of a check!!!.
Treating me as if I were the thief and I wanted to merely get a free laptop. Then I file the complaint as well as a police report. I've filed three complaints with fed ex, yet all they're responding with is that the package was delivered I KNOW THAT!!! MY QUESTION IS WHY WAS IT LEFT OUT WHERE ANY JIM OE SCHMUCKERY COULD GRAB IT AND RUN?
NOBODY THINKS LEAVING THE LAPTOP THAT IS MISSING OUTSIDE THE FENCE ON THE STREET PRACTICALLY EFFICIENT DELIVERY ESPECIALLY SINCE NO ONE THAT WAS HOME HEARD OR SAW THE TRUCK?!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE MESSING WITH MY Livelihood and I'm not going for the idiocy.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After a supervisor called to check how things were going. We explained my husband's disability and he placed in the computer with an update that all packages would be delivered to the side door.
My husband is a disabled vet who just had an amputation. We have signs clearly on the fence for deliveries to the side door.
Instead, the driver looked at the sign, looked at my husband yelling out the window side door threw it over the fence and drove off. Apparently, the company has so many complaints, nobody answers the phone.
If you own a business, do not use fedex for anything, especially if your items are fragile. Would prefer to give less than one star.

I've got a package that was ordered for delivery yesterday. The first time frame was 9 to 11am.
And mom and I were up waiting for the package to get her. Well the person that was delivering the package, took his sweet time. Well my mom is in a wheelchair. And we have a dog that lives with us.
I know that the little sounds, she's letting Mom and I know. Mom said that our dog didn't do anything, mom said she herself didn't hear anything as well.
User's recommendation: Don't trust a shipping company 100%, all they care for is themselves. And I ordered something from Spectrum, they done there jobs without any problems. And the customer service with FedEx, don't waste your time trying to contact them. I tried a lot I've done lost count, and the bull about 24/7 service. That's a lie so where's my package FedEx?

I was the recipient of a bad delivery I wouldn't use them unless it was absolutely necessary and then I'd be watching them.
On 10/18/24, I waited for FedEx to deliver a package that I requested about almost three weeks ago. I had asked them to deliver all my packages to the side door and be put over my gate where thieves can't readily see anything.
They continue to refuse my request.
When I called to complain, an agent named David had no solutions to my problem and put it back in my lap as if it were my fault. Thanks, FedEx.
Preferred solution: Proper service honor the agreed on delivery request and stop playing games just deliver my packages as I requested.

My order of two dressers from Shein was not delivered to my address. The FedEx site is incorrectly showing that it was, therefore, Shein is unwilling to concede that I do not have my order.
I cannot get a live person on the phone at FedEx; the photo provided by the driver shows a doorstep that is not mine, and a tiny box that is nowhere near the size it should be for two dressers.
Shein continues to tell me to contact the courier (FedEx), and FedEx tells me to contact the shipper. It's so frustrating to be unable to speak with a live representative.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Do not recommend Shein. Not sure what is going on at Fedex, as prior to this I had not had any issues.

I had my package, an IPhone 16 Pro Max sent to FedEx and after three weeks of being told different things, and given reasons and excuses as to why they were holding it, someone in the warehouse stole it. I have reported the theft several times, nothing.I started a claim, but it was dismissed a day and a half later.
I started another one, dismissed again. Nobody in the FedEx network will help me.
I called customer service and made a formal complaint. Then I had it escalated. Finally A girl named Marleah took my complaint, and after explaining everything to her, was told that i would get a call from a girl named Emily in 24-48 hours, it's going on 48 hours now and she has not called me.Everyone in the FedEx network is covering for everyone else.
I even gave this girl a website that lists all the complaints against the location from which my phone was stolen. There are so many complaints against the employees here. Missing packages, non-deliveries, lost packages, and whole nine yards. I'm listing the website here.

Meanwhile,I am still having to pay for it, even tho it was not delivered to the place it was supposed to go, and I do not have it either. Please help me, this is not fair and it's not right. Her name was Jackie and she was over my case, but was no help at all. And nx thing I know, she called me and told me my phone is missing.So she likely told someone, and they took it. But nobody will come right out and admit to who took it or how it happened. Please help, or i may have to make this a legal matter and i do not wanna do that.
But i surely cannot pay for a phone that someone else has taken.

After receiving notice from FedEx that my package was scheduled for delivery today between 10:20 and 2:20 and required signature, I rescheduled my day to be sure to be home.
2:30, and no package, no notice, and the only update I can get is via the online tracker which now says by "End of Day"
There is no online support other then their virtual bot, which is useless.
Calling the toll free number is more useless. The IVR won't connect me to an agent because "We cannot provide any additional updates"
The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there isn't a 0 star option.

I have a serious issue with FedEx. Why?
Because nobody there follows directions and you don't value your customers. I changed my delivery several days ago but your customer service agent seems to think I did it yesterday. I changed the delivery address to a pickup center, but it didn't go there. I was told the reason was because the barcode was damaged and my response to that is that if my order was together, maybe I would've received it.
Maybe you need more competent workers! But the bottom line is that I waited all day for a delivery that never came. I work third shift, so I had to stay up and wait for this order. Then, I had to go in to work at 12 am this morning.
Had I not called, I wouldn't have known the new delivery date because the tracking says they don't have one. So now, I have to do it all over again.
I honestly don't know if I've received this type of bad service ever in my life. Some of you should be terminated!

Today is 10/20/24. It was my third time calling FedEx about leaving a package on my front porch.
I spoke to a guy named Jay who said he would escalate my complaint... Yeah, right. I put a simple request on how I wanted my packages delivered and it's not rocket science, so I guess they're just going to do what they want at my expense... I don't think so.
Let the game begin. Conflicting statements and then a delivery.
Preferred solution: I want fedex to honor my delivery wishes and stop playing games with my packages.

Improper bill (I paid for an overnight package containing perishables, on 10/23, package didn't arrive, I called the store where I send it (Firestone Ave/Brookshire, Downey, Ca.), they said that "the driver" didn't see my package and the package was still there (I was pissed, they offered to send it (10/24) and refund me 100% of the charge which they did at the end of the day. (10/24)
BUT oh!
Surprise now you're sending me the invoice from the main office (with is impossible to reach a live person), and you're writing that the reason for the invoice was because the "charge to my credit card could not be submitted" ???!!?? I have proof that charge was made to my cc on the 10/23, (no customer go out of the FedEx store without the charge going through), so that store is lying. I can send you copy of my cc statement showing the charge on 10/23, and the credit on 10/24. As well as the receipt with the tracking number and payment made to the store in Downey.
I hope you fix this, because I don't like people lying.

Twice I ordered furniture and Fed ex delivered However the first time they basically threw the package at the bottom of my stairs . Im 73 cant carry over 100lbs upstairs .
Aug happened again left my 100lb box at the bottom of stairs . there were specific instructions to leave it on the porch however, FedEx drivers ignored it and just left it where they wanted.
They have dollies and they are strong. They shouldve left it as promised.
