They lost my package

Explore video interviews
FedEx lost a very important document needed for a home closing ... forcing me to find another way to get the document cross country right before my closing. They never found it or even try to make it right (or at least compensate me for my loss)

User's recommendation: Use somebody else if possible ... stay far away from FedEX.

I think the delivery drivers are either ignorant or crooked. I watched a Fedex truck drive past my house without stopping and a minute later I got a notice that my package had been delivered and left by my door. I have filed 4 different complaints and never even got a response.

Didn't even attempt to deliver a package

I had a package that was supposed to be signed for, I made sure to stay home and listen for a doorbell or a nock. On top of that we have a dog that barks at EVRYTHING and our doorbell is a google doorbell so it says "some one is at the front door" so I would have known if they tried to deliver something. At the end of the day I didn't hear any of the tell sings that someone was here. So I opened the door and there was a door tag saying it was the final attempt so we called and had to go throguh SEVRAL hoops to figure this out. Stop punishing your customers for not doing your jobs!!!!!!!

Delivery Status I contacted FedEx Ex Customer Service to find out the status of a shipment. Could not understand stand what the representative was saying. She was taking my information and repeating back my answers. When repeating back all spelling was incorrect. I told her that if she was going to be in this particular position that she needed to speak English. It is very frustrating when the customer has to keep repeating themselves. Plus should couldn't give me a full explanation for the shipment delay.

Packages dropped off at wrong house

On at least 4 occasions in the last 2 months the driver has dropped off my packages at next door neighbors house. My house numbers are above garage door and clearly marked on the mailbox. First occurrence was 3 mattresses in boxes, they are heavy and he had to use a dolly. Then several other times when they came from Wall Mart, and again today ,package from Wall Mart. Chewy package from Chewy

Excuses in shipping

Ordered parts from a well known supplier that I have dealt with before. Never had problems receiving until fedex a came along. 3 days late,? Really and its the pandemics fault? No one else is having problems. Its just disrespectful to the shipper and receiver. When it absolutely, positively has to be there my ***

Package not delivered after seeing delivery truck pull in my driveway and leave without stopping

I had two scheduled deliveries for Wed June 16th from the same company. One was delivered at 10am. At 1:30pm the fed ex truck comes back so I go outside anticipating my second package . To my shock they turn around and leave without stopping or delivering my package. They have incompetent drivers . My assumption is because they delivered the first package earlier that morning its too much to ask to be thorough and see why you were directed to my house again not just leave and I never got my second package!

The worst delivery and costumer service

While waiting on package I receive alert telling me delivery left on porch Im 5 feet away from my porch so I take a look and nothing, I check my cameras and nothing. First thing I do is call fedex, they tell me they have to do and investigation which takes 24-72 hours, to me this is unexceptable I ask can you call driver and find out where my package is and the inform me they cannot. After a lot of phone tag they find out my package was delivered to the wrong address but still continue to do a investigation while I get nothing. They

FedEx never came to my House to attempt a deliver with no tag proof.

I ordered a cell phone from Walmart, Samsung Note20. They said I will receive my order on June 15. Great!! They emailed me they attempted on June 12 and said I was not home, no tag to prove their existence. Packages come in earlier sometime, I get it. They emailed me they attempted the next day 13th, the 14th and today 15th and said the same, I was not home but no proof of their existence. I do not have a cell phone or a landline, so I had to email FedEx yesterday and today. I have been getting the run around with no straight answer. I have explained I have a disability and no cell phone to communicate with anyone unless I email. I have been in tears since yesterday and still waiting for someone to help me.

Lies about shipment

Yup, same thing here. Fedex -always- lies. At very best, they just leave my packages in the middle of the driveway. I was actually in the driveway a couple weeks ago and watched the driver pull half way up, put the boxes on the ground, and then drive off. And both of these packages were signature-required shipments. They have literally no shame when it comes to blatantly lying about almost everything they do with your shipment. Usually, though, they just don't ever even show up and then claim that I wasn't home. I never use them unless I'm buying from a merchant that offers no other options.

Lost or stolen package

This item was to have been sent to me overnight. So far, it's been 4 weeks and nothing. In the package are a large flat screen TV and the cremated remains of a family member.

Missing packages

I live in a 150 unit building and fedex has a habit of gaining entry to the building and just leaving the packages in the lobby! I have called fedex and asked if I could pick my items up at one of their partner locations or if my items can require a signature since my packages were stolen before and they refused a refund because they said gps said they came, they told me NO! I asked how do I prevent my things from being stolen if those arent options and they told me thats something I will have to figure out!! I have had it withfedex

Can’t get item delivered. They’ve been sending to different locations in Midwest for two weeks. Have missed 3 delivery dates. Won’t let shipper file claim for refund either.

See above. Cant seem to deliver and wont let shipper file claim for refund. I filed complaint with bbb
