Fedex is terrible. I ordered perishable items and the business I ordered from shipped 2-3 day fedex...except I got the perishable items, completely perished after 7 days after an unbelievable amount of tracking craziness and it sitting four days in a sorting facility near me without being able to retrieve it.

When did retrieve it finally multiple days late the package was damaged and slimy from the rotten food. I lost 86 dollars on this. I couldn't get a human on the phone so I put in a complaint with BBB because it was just so insanely unecessary to be that bad and keep my items for so long nearby but not let me pick it up (it was already late when it arrived here and I knew my food wasn't gonna survive longer but couldnt get a hold of anyone). The strange tracking was also unbelievable and so unreliable and they even lied and claimed 'this business closed' at one point claiming they made a delivery attempt on 6th day then somehow magically straightened out to one smooth thing after I got my items.

A smooth and total lie.

This is THE WORST company. They can only improve by going out of business.

In early October, I purchased several items of clothing from a Sample Sale of an expensive womans brand to put away for my daughters Christmas gifts. The seller sent my tracking info from FedEx.

About a week later, I checked the tracking number and it said delivered (that day) to my back door. I was home all day, have a security camera in front of my house and I do not have a back door. I called customer service the next day and they came back with the package was lost. Since it was a sample sake, I was unable to purchase the same items at the original price.

I was not about to spend 3X as much to get them back.

The other day, I purchased a lot of vitamins on sale. Again, they were shipped by FedEx. I checked the status and said they attempted to deliver. I was home, have the same camera in frontthey did not show.

Then, when I called customer service, they said, address was wrong. I checked with the merchant and my address was correct.

I shipped a package from Alton Rd. Irondale, AL ship center to the Lakeside Dr.

Mobile, AL ship center. The tracking says its not there and its supposed to be. I was told 3 weeks ago by a FedEx employee that the Mobile location at Lakeside Dr will be moving to a new location at the end of July 2024. Today is July 26 & my package is supposed to be there today and its not.

Where is my package and when can I pick it up? This is my tracking 277522****77.

Package delivered to wrong house no way to talk to them

My package was delivered by the driver to the wrong house, including a picture I got of the wrong house! I finally got through to customer service, explained the situation, and was transferred to a number which went to voicemail! I haven't heard back yet!

Subject: Tracking# XXXXX8. The delivery driver left the package on the stoop of the apartment complex instead of following my instructions to place it in the dedicated Delivery Box on my porch.

Therefore, it was stolen. I would really appreciate it if drivers in my area could pay attention to the delivery instructions we take the time to provide.

It is incredibly frustrating trying to reach a live person through your automated system. It simply ends the call when customers attempt to request an actual person.

delivery was for thurs. then friday now it is saturday still no delivery.

when l spoke to a "real person" they sounded robotic and not helpful whatsoever. . with instant comunication now they could do better.

they really should be closed down. they had on their graph for delivery in the morning and it was not even at the local site

Every order has been delayed or lost

FedEx has to be the worst shipping service out there. I've ordered several times from Walmart.com on a simple two-day delivery, yet with FedEx, it takes a week or more with no updates, or not even a word.

The only time they update the tracking is after I contact them.

I don't work for FedEx, so why do I have to do their job? I've been waiting for a supervisor to call me and explain where my order is and why it's shipped out of my local facility on the way to being delivered three different days in a row, all at 3:16-3:17 AM, and it never makes it to me.

Clowns working at fedex

Horrible customer service. They sent me several past due statements.

My sales agent has been trying to resolve this issue for over a year! I called them and it took three agents! None of whom spoke English. They can't transfer calls, they can't call you back, there is no supervisor on site, etc.

Just a joke!

Oh, and come to find out, the balance is 0. Then why have you been harassing my sales team?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Spoke with reps from both, package was found and delivered

I ordered clothes for my toddler through Children's Place. The package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago.

They updated to say it'll be the following Monday. Today. I check the tracking number again, and there was now no information. It took 3 separate calls to get a live agent on the phone.

They proceeded to say the package was handed off to USPS 2 hours away from me the day it was supposed to be delivered. Which makes 0 sense.

Told me to call USPS, I did. Here's the problem, USPS says they have NOT received the package at all from FedEx.

Package missing

8 boxes were supposed to be shipped to our house, when the girl from fedex came to deliver them, she gave me 4 and said oh, its a duplicate order, so Ill send 4 back, we were just moving in that day , and there was a lot of commotion going on. I accepted the 4 packages never realizing we were supposed to get all 8.

I did ask her how she knew it was a duplicate order, and she stated because of the number sequence. I tried calling FedEx when we realized that we only received 4 pkgs. but the lady I spoke to at FedEx said everything was delivered nothing went back, which is not true. The shipper is charging me for all 8 pkgs, when I only received 4.

Its a couple of hundred dollars of merchandise. Ive called FedEx and explained the situation, she stated well you only had 7 days to file a claim, its too late now, but we assumed the other 4 pkgs would be coming in a different shipment, FedEx is telling me I received them all which we didnt, and I should have the shipper file a claim.

The shipper said we received all of them. Its about to drive me crazy.

App issues

I am trying to set up FedEx Shipping Manager and your system will not allow me to enter my cell phone number for NOTIFICATIONS PREFERENCE. I am unable to set up text me option for my deliveries.

How can we fix this? I am quite sure nobody else has this problem.

Continuing Failed Deliveries after I cancel whole days to wait on emergency equipment

This is now several times this has occured. I have a piece of equipment that was shipped on Friday, FedEx had it by 10:54 AM on Friday.

It was supposed to arrive on Saturday the 19th, Fed Ex on Saturday said it would be here Monday between 10 AM and 1 PM. On Monday AM prior to 8AM Fed Ex said it would be delivered between 9AM and 1 PM and was on Gary's Truck. At 9:30 it changed to be by 8PM on the 21st. Because of the critical nature and need, it caused us to cancel our whole day and sit at home awaiting the arrival.

This happened on a prior occasion in the last couple of months. It was not delivered for 5 days. We had to contact the seller who was able to get us in contact with your local office and they then re-routed someone who had it on their truck for the 5th time who got it to us.

My larger complaint is that I have spent many Thousands of dollars with FedEx over the years, and as you celebrate the 5th Anniversary, you have changed to a No Customer Service platform. You only allow the AI responses which never have any way to get the Customer in touch with a real person who could process the issues and offer a solution.

Your Mantra of Care and using the 800-GoFedEx number is a joke. By the way I have copies of all the promised times and changes to this order as factual backup.

The Tracking number is 421529****39. I hope you can change your customer interaction to give us the help we need when we need it.
