I was expecting a package from a retailer and it was coming Fed ex. I missed the first delivery, so I called and asked for it to be redelivered and left with the Super of the building.

next day package not left with super. I called Fed Ex again spoke with an agent who told me that she had reached out to the hub that would be redelivering it and left word that it should be left with the super. today Fed Ex driver comes back ignores the note for the package to be left with the super and gets ready to leave, my neighbor asks for the package and the driver states no he isn't giving it to her and said to her f them and let them learn a lesson for not being home after ordering stuff.

I called Fed Ex today and asked to speak with a manager and I was told I will get a call back sometime today.
