Talked to a rude, Hispanic woman in the customer advocacy line. They don't want to pay out any refunds even if they're wrong. They try to shut you down. Talked to an even ruder black guy in the billing department.

The customer service is so bad that they may have to send their call centers to the Philipinnes like everyone else.

They're all about cheap labor, low pay, and affirmative action. Their delivery drivers are a huge joke too.
