Tracking a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Tracking said it was delivered to my door at 4:13 p.m.

I was home all day, no knock, doorbell or package. Called merchant this morning and they said their tracking of same package showed it was going to be delivered today. How does that work? They lied the first time?

So checked my tracking email again and still said delivered yesterday. Home all morning, gone from 1pm-3pm. Merchant called back and said their tracking now showed delivery was today at 10:30 am. I was home then, and no, not delivered then.

I was even working in the front yard at time they said delivered.

FedEx says they will check with driver, but really what's he going to say? Lesson is, don't use em!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of failed service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $350. FedEx needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
