My rug from Wayfair was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday-I tracked it for days- it was delivered to a warehouse in Kennesaw GA 10 minutes from me and sat there for THREE days-

On the day it was to be delivered, I tracked it all day and it ALWAYS said it was coming that day- At 8 pm when it hadn't shown up, I tracked it again and suddenly the information changed...they sent my rug to basically the furthest place in the country from me- From GA (10 minutes from my house) to California ! The delivery date, of course, was pushed back a week.

It would be comical, how a company could make such an idiotic mistake if it weren't so utterly frustrating.

After contacting them to say: if they got the rug from GA to California in ONE day, why can't they send the rug back in ONE day as opposed to one week? No help AT ALL-

Give my USPS any day...and that's evidence of how much I despise FedX-
