In three weeks I have sent out 4 FedEx packages. I have requested for them to be picked up at the office - every time.

3 out of the 4 were never picked the same day I requested it (all express too). Why should I have to pay the $43 when the package is still sitting on my desk 24 hours later? No such thing as service anymore. I filed a complaint with the company online.

Of course no response. Am I surprised no not in he least.

I wish I could change vendors, UPS has never missed a pick-up. UPS is my vendor of choice.

Monetary Loss: $135.
