In 2 weeks I have had to track 3 undelivered packages! The driver has left packages in 3 different locations ( including a USPS mailbox) but not at my house. This is time consuming, unnecessary and frustrating.
FedEx has not responded other than to say I will hear from them in 2 hours. It has now been 5 days! and I have not heard back from them.
Not only is the driver giving unacceptable service but FedEx is complacent. FedEx allows this as acceptable 'service' and there is no recourse other than to request companies to use a different delivery company.
What is a consumer to do? I doubt writing a review will suffice.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Lack of solutions.
