Calling FedEx to resolve a bill paid twice took seven months.Spoke with half if India and finally got it resolved.
No one returned calls and every time I called I got another operator from India who wanted all of the particulars all over again. None, I mean none would give me their last names. Therefore, I could NEVER speak with the same operator. When I asked for their last names the operator got very hesitant nervous but refused to give the last name.
Stated that was company policy not to give out last names.Will never use FedEx again, ever.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex billing. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
