FedEx is a joke and with UPS and even USPS as an option, we will never use them again! They could care less about customers, losing your package, etc. My wife has spent countless hours on the phone with FedEx and all they do is put her on hold and forward her around.

So, we shipped a $573 custom product to a customer in Baton Rouge, LA. The *** driver left it on the wrong door. The customer never got it (obviously) and they won't even tell us who's door they left it at so we can file a police report. Since we didn't buy the extra insurance, we're out the product, the customer never got it and we have to refund the whole $573 to the customer.

It's 100% their fault for not putting it at the right house, but we have to pay for it!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $573.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Delivery pratice.
