Shipping history shoes three attempts to deliver.There has not been one delivery attempt.
Three calls to the call center and no help whatsoever. I am retired from Delta Air Lines cargo and I can tell you this level of service would not be tolerated where I came from. (I still have no package) How can they stay in business? Fedex used to be a great company but they have gone to *** now.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex ground delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $75. FedEx needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
